• Free Retry or Refund Option: We offer both a free retry and service fees refund option. Clients can choose either option based on their preference if the challenge fails due to our trading.
• Refund on Rule Breach Failure: We refund the service fees only if the challenge account fails for breaching any trading rules during our management period. This includes daily drawdown violations, maximum loss breaches, and consistency rule failures.
• No Refund for Prop Firm Scams: We do not provide refunds if the prop firm itself acts fraudulently, suspends the account without cause, or fails to honor its own payout policies. We recommend using only verified and reputable prop firms.
• Refund Processing Time: All approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days from the date of approval. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or via USDT at the client's preference.
• Non-Refundable Terms: Refunds are not applicable once the challenge has been successfully passed, if the client withdraws from the service mid-challenge without valid reason, or if the failure is caused by client interference with the account.
• Documentation Required: Clients must provide screenshots and account statements showing the failure reason for refund claims to be processed.
